- My eighth Stitch Fix came! It was a decent box where I’ll keep it all. And I will try to do a separate post when I get better pics. I took pics of everything when I tried it on but I look a mess (like, more than usual). Here is a sneak peek of a top I picked out just because I liked the back.
- Ugh. Apollo is regressing into bad habits so hard, now that Ned is here, which I completely get, but gawd, he is making me nuts and I don’t think our carpet can take it – he is digging up so much of it. And digging at the bed skirt. Poor guy.
- Gah, I usually don’t buy things for myself closer to the holidays and put them on my wishlist instead, but there just haven’t been many things I’ve wanted that make sense to wait and put on there. Number 1 item on my wishlist – money to pay my bills. So exciting. (That’s not actually on there.)
- I dropped our holiday cards off on Monday, yay!
- Is anyone else watching season 3 of Succession? It’s a bit too slow for me.
- I just finished Colin Jost’s A Very Punchable Face: A Memoir and really enjoyed it. I laughed out loud a ton. It’s probably even better on audio!
- Happy Thanksgiving! Steven and I are spending the day together. People always get all sad when I tell them we are not traveling to see family… but we haven’t done that in 14 years. It really doesn’t make sense to travel when Steven is so busy with sales right now (and I don’t want to force anyone in our families to make vegan food for me on Thanksgiving).

You get the best Fixes! That back is cute – very nice that you liked everything enough to keep.
I just started season one of Succession. It’s interesting. And dang, there are some unlikable characters in it. I keep hopping around on shows; just watched the first two episodes of Hawkeye on Disney+ and I really enjoyed them which is interesting to me considering I could take or leave Hawkeye in any of the Marvel movies (we’d both know who I’d TAKE, haha).
Colin Jost is so funny. I love him on SNL.
My stylist does such a great job! Did you ever find a service that worked for you?
Oh gosh, yes there are! They only get more unlikeable! LOL. Oh! I have seen trailers for that! It looked good!
You would really like the book then! Or have you read it?
I got your Christmas card! So fun to receive! 🙂
Hooray for another awesome Stitch Fix! I am getting one in a few weeks and asked for “winter-y” stuff since I just don’t have a ton of long-sleeved tops/jackets/boots/etc. It’s hard to invest money when it’s never really THAT cold for very long. But hopefully it’s a great Fix!
Apollo is making me so sad. Buddy! Ned and you can be friends!!!
This is definitely a weird time of year with all of the present buying. I’ve been trying to save stuff to my Amazon wish list as I think about the things I want. I keep joking with my family, though, that all I really want is a Peloton. They seem to think $1500 is too much for them! THE GALL. (I’m 100% positive my brother is going to buy me a Peloton ornament as a joke, ha.)
Yay!
Oh nice! I am excited to see what you receive. And hope it’s cool enough to use it! Are you getting the previews?
He is making me sad too. Ugh.
LOLOLOL! It’s an investment in your health and happiness!!! LOL, that will be funny if he does. I hope you can get one. Everyone I know who has one loves it!
Oh yay, more Stitch Fix!
And holy cannoli, that’s a HUGE stack of holiday cards! Wow! How many do you send out???
Yes! I was just thinking this am about how I still need to take pics!
We sent out about 75 and hand out about 5 more in person.
