Notes:
- My running got off to a funky start this week! On Monday I skipped my run due to heartburn (caused by eating too much candy, ha) and on Tuesday I had a migraine, so no working out at all. Maybe it was better to rest my ankles a few extra days after rolling them on Saturday anyway.
- I was up early Wednesday, thanks to sleeping off Tuesday’s migraine, and got out the door to run. It was in the mid 20s and I’m not mad about it! The trails felt nice and hard, and it wasn’t too windy and I dressed just right. Yay!
- Then I took Thursday off for no good reason. I’ve been wanting to stay home more to spend more time with Ned, but that’s not a great excuse!
- I don’t remember the last time I did strength twice in one week! Good work, Kim! Ha.
- On Saturday Steven and I went to a preserve event at a preserve far from home and I’m so glad we could go on a walk after and see how beautiful the forest was!
- On Sunday I went to a preserve a little farther from home to see if the tunnel connecting it to the neighboring preserve is completed… not yet! Maybe soon?
