Notes:

  • Steven’s dad got me a BOSU for my birthday and we just pumped it up last weekend (why did I wait so long? so lazy). I love having it and using it. I like to do work to strengthen my knee on it (among other things) and it’s a lot gentler than going all the way to the ground.
  • Ahh, Tuesday’s run felt so cool compared to last week’s! Come on, fall temps! Thursday’s was even cooler, and both had beautiful foggy sunrises.
  • Monthly recap! In August I ran 50.1 miles (15 runs). I walked 4 times, went kayaking once, and did 7 strength workouts. No bike rides, cause I am lazy. Sigh!
