Notes:
- I’ve been trying to run every other day but I got off by a day when I skipped Wednesday. I felt unwell so I took a nap after work instead of working out (and felt better the next day!).
- We were under a fog advisory Thursday morning, and that, along with the dew point and temperature being the same, made for the neatest views at the forest preserve! You could see hundreds of cobwebs in the grass (see top right pic)!
- I love to walk on the beach but it’s so hard on my knee. Wah.
- Dad rode his bike with me while I ran Saturday am and it was so nice to chat! And I got up to 4.5 miles! That’s the longest I’ve run since May 28th! I am proud of myself for taking it slow with the mileage build-up.
- On Sunday Christina and William and I went kayaking on the Mississippi River and had a lot of fun! It was such a pleasant morning to kayak – it wasn’t as hot as the day before, and the water was pretty smooth. It made me really excited for the kayaking trip Steven and I are taking next month!
