Weekly rock dump time!

Here are some Baby Yoda rocks I painted for Star Wars Day. This was part of a collaboration to decorate a memorial bench, which you can see here.

These were also for the bench. I used carbon paper to copy these designs because I was being lazy and wanted to get them done quickly.

I made this mischievous kitty for a rock trade.

This one is for a rock trade too!

Wow, these box cats turned out so odd. What the heck. I think I was too rushed with them. I hid them on my Monday walk.

I hid one of these cats on my Monday walk and sent the others along with the rock trades I was doing.

I also did this for a rock trade (for the person getting the cat and dog rock). Wow. Lots of trades.

I painted this rock for my 1,500 Instagram followers giveaway (enter here).

I saw a cartoon of a cat reading “How to Be Super Annoying and Cute” and thought that would be funny on a rock but I couldn’t fit it on the book. So “The Art of Mischief” it was. I hid this on my Wednesday walk.

I hid this cat on a pile of books on my Wednesday walk too.

The theme of this week should be “that didn’t turn out how I expected it to in my head.” I was so excited to finally paint purrmaids and thought they’d be so cute but my pen was just being such a little B and I am not 100% happy with how these turned out. Ugh. I will hide these on my walk tonight.

I made this rock for an Instagram friend, based on her cats, and again, my black pen was making me CRAZY. The manufacturer I order my acrylic pens from changed the spring in the pin and now it’s super loose and I don’t have a good feel for it. And the ink isn’t as dark. I went back to an old goopy pen here and it shows. Sigh.

An Instagram friend sent me temporary tattoos and I put them on rocks to hide today.  It feels like cheating! I was on Amazon looking at temporary tattoos and had to tell myself no – stop looking. I’d mostly rather paint, but wow, this was super quick and easy. And if you paint the background they probably look even cuter!
