Notes:
- There is a tiny owl that lives in a tree in a forest preserve out here and I finally saw him on my Thursday run! Yay!
- I’ve have reached the point of winter where I no longer want to wear a coat on my runs. I’m just wearing long sleeved Cold Gear and a vest. It’s been fine so far.
- I planned a long run of 8 miles for Saturday and was so pumped for it, but woke up with a massive headache and felt really sick on the first loop of the trail. But it got better and I finished all 8 miles! (Then had to go home and sleep cause the headache got worse again.)
- I got to finish my week with a walk with Gina!
A real life honest to God wild owl! How cool that you spotted him!!! And got a picture, too!
Right?! It was so exciting!!!
