Notes:
- When I went outside to run on Tuesday and it was sunny and not windy and in the 40s I felt so happy I legit felt like crying. Ha. I usually don’t mind cold weather running but the couple of weeks of below 0 and single digit and teens kind of did me in.
- Yay, I actually got to walk with friends! Kathie and Kristi and I walked yesterday and it was so warm and sunny out and it felt great and it was so great to catch up (and hide rocks of course). I am looking forward to our March walk!
- On Sunday Steven went with me on my run and walked while I ran. I like it when that works out. He hadn’t been to Hastings Lake yet and enjoyed walking around the lake. There were SO many people out though, whoa! It’s great to see everyone out of the house, being active… but some have better etiquette than others.
- Monthly recap! In February I ran 56 miles (13 runs, 4 of those on the treadmill). My coldest run was 11°F and my warmest was 47°F. I walked 8 times (3 of those with family/friends!). I did 10 strength workouts.
