Notes:
- Ha, usually when I get to the end of the week I already have some notes here about my runs, but… nothing! Which is good – I just had a bunch of normal runs this week. I do remember being too cold on Tuesday’s run – I need an actual winter running jacket, and winter tights! I kind of layer up warmer weather stuff and it doesn’t always cut it.
- I am building up my mileage a little each week and was excited to run 7 miles this week! I will probably go for 8 next week. (Then 9, then 10 miles by Christmas… maybe? I didn’t open a calendar, ha.)
- I hid rocks on my Thursday, Friday, and Sunday runs, since that is my new fun thing!
- It was so nice to walk with Kathie and Kristi and catch up on Saturday. I miss seeing them 1-2 times a week! And we had a lovely sunny day for December! I hope the warmer-ish weather continues so people can meet up outside and keep their distance but still enjoy each other’s company.
- Monthly recap! In November I ran 60.5 miles (15 runs). My coldest run was 26°F and my warmest was 63°F. I walked 11 times. I did 10 strength workouts at home.
