Notes:

  • Ugh, a night run followed by a morning run does NOT work for me right now (which is what I did Tuesday/Wednesday). And I’m so stiff when I get up or get out of bed. Now it’s my knee. Would I feel physically better if I weighed less? Yes. Am I cutting back on my eating? No. Will I cut back on running to see if my knee feels less stiff? Yes. Ugh.
  • Monthly recap! In September I ran 131.2 miles (22 runs). My coldest run was 51°F and my warmest was 81°F.  I did 8 strength workouts at home.
