Notes:
- The cool weather this week was a delight and I felt great on my runs! Well, most of them! We rented a vrbo in Wisconsin this week and I felt super sore when I ran there – I am not sure if it was from sleeping in a bed that isn’t ours, or that being my third run in a row! Ha, whatever it was, I took two rest days after! I will try for two three-day-in-a-row running blocks this week.
- I loved exploring the two Wisconsin state parks with Steven. It was overcast, but the temperature was perfect for walking around and not getting too sweaty.
How nice to have both cool weather AND a change in scenery!
Yes! It was great!!! I was actually chilly on a few runs!
