Notes:

  • Gah, I feel like the older I get the more careful I have to be with what I eat for lunch before a 4:00 pm run. Added to the list of things not to eat: Italian fake meats sausage (and most fake meats, and anything with tomatoes).
  • My running week started out so great, then the cold I was worried I was getting finally showed up. I definitely could have powered through and run outside, but it was also during some really cold and windy days, and since I was already coughing like crazy, I decided it was NOT worth it. I was very happy to wake up Sunday feeling well enough to run!
  • Did anyone else listen to the Ali On The Run podcast Love on the Run Week this week? She had interviews (one each day, Monday-Friday) with five professional runner couples, and I really enjoyed them!
