Notes:

  • On Thursday I had my highest ever performance condition – an 8! But I also did 5 hill repeats and none of that showed up on my elevation profile, so not sure how much I should trust my watch, ha. I did feel good for the run though.
  • I did NOT feel good for Friday and Saturday’s run. I am running more, and more frequently than I was, so of course my body is like “wtf.” Just trying to get back to close to where I was before I took time off to work on the garage!
  • Monthly recap! In December I ran 46.8 miles (9 runs). My coldest run was 29°F and my warmest was 57°F. I taught 6 strength classes and 1 fitness boxing classes.
  • Yearly recap! In 2019, I ran 1733 miles, and cycled 411.16 miles. I did 11 speed sessions. My coldest run was 1°F and my warmest was 91°F. I taught 89 strength classes, 22 fitness boxing classes, and did 1 one-on-one sessions. I did 5 strength sessions at home. My 2019 Racing Statistics post is here.
