Notes:

  • I took lots of time off from running this week, mostly because it was so damn cold at the beginning of the week when I had time to run, then I was working on the garage most of the time at the end of the week (Thursday – Sunday) when it was warmer. I wish it would have been a bit warmer earlier – Dad and I could have gone out together, but I didn’t even feel like running in that, let alone having him ride his bike in it!
  • Dad came to my Monday night and Friday night fitness classes this week, and I love having him there, especially at Friday night boxing. That’s my favorite class to teach and we were all being goofy and having a great time… I hope he did too!
