Notes:

  • Man, teaching Monday night was rough. I felt hot, I got a massive sinus headache, and started laughing and then couldn’t stop coughing. A student gave me a cough drop and that really helped! I hope I didn’t get anyone sick. I would have asked for a sub but didn’t think one would be available.
  • I thought I felt well enough to run Wednesday but my lungs weren’t quite ready. And I hadn’t been eating much, and hello, you need calories to run. Oops. And GAH the mosquitoes! We got so much rain two weeks ago and now they are out in full force. I was running slowly but needed to speed up in spots to get the eff away from them! Wah. Ha.
  • I rested two more days then felt well enough to run a bit Saturday and Sunday, and felt MUCH better on those runs. Yay!
