Notes:

  • Monday was my 200th run of the year! Woot!
  • I won’t be sad when summer is over and am ready for permanently cool and cold weather. Ha, I said something like that at the nail salon this week and another customer told me to wash my mouth out with soap but I stand by what I said! I am fine with running slow in the heat, but I am sick of commuting in it and feeling disgusting when I get to work and disgusting on the train ride home (from the walks to and from). Wah.
