Notes:

  • We had such lovely running weather Monday morning and I really savored it, as the heat and humidity just has to be coming our way… right?
  • More weather talk – we had nutso fog on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It made for super cool views in the city! And in the preserves I run in here. I was worried cars couldn’t see me well on the road though (even with my reflective blinking vest on).
  • I had my first outdoor ride on the first day of summer, with Dad! Gosh, its so enjoyable to ride WITH someone, especially Dad!
  • And Saturday was my first run/ride with Dad this year. How has it taken this long in to the year?!?! Hopefully we’ll have one or two more before he goes!
