Notes:

  • Man, I could tell Monday night’s strength class was going to make my arms and hamstrings sore and yep – I definitely felt that on Tuesday. And Wednesday. And Thursday. Eek! I am glad I have a massage coming up!
  • This week was meh on the running side. Tuesday’s warm run in the sun was great (I accidentally got a sunburn!)! Then I felt so sore from Monday night class when I got up Wednesday and didn’t want to run but knew I’d regret it later if I didn’t, because it was going to rain that night. So I ran. And it was tough. Then it was freaking windy on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Blah! I’m glad I still got out there, though.
