- Man, I could tell Monday night’s strength class was going to make my arms and hamstrings sore and yep – I definitely felt that on Tuesday. And Wednesday. And Thursday. Eek! I am glad I have a massage coming up!
- This week was meh on the running side. Tuesday’s warm run in the sun was great (I accidentally got a sunburn!)! Then I felt so sore from Monday night class when I got up Wednesday and didn’t want to run but knew I’d regret it later if I didn’t, because it was going to rain that night. So I ran. And it was tough. Then it was freaking windy on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Blah! I’m glad I still got out there, though.
Ugh yes, I can empathize with you on the winds! My run on Friday was straight into 20mph winds (in ALL DIRECTIONS, how is that possible?!) which took me back to running in RL. I actually cut my run about a mile short because the wind was annoying me so much. I hope the weather is better this week (but hey did you guys get snow or something over the weekend? I didn’t see 20 posts about that :-P)!
Ugh! That does sound like RL weather! It’s so damn frustrating. It mentally breaks you down.
