Notes:

  • My work and social schedule was a bit nutso this week/weekend. I’m glad I woke up extra early several days to fit runs in, but that’s not sustainable for me. I need more than six hours of sleep a night, on average.
  • I was exhausted a lot this week – on Thursday, after two crazy days in the office. On Friday, when I woke up feeling super sick to my stomach (again, like last week). On Sunday, after going to bed at 3:00 am (duh). Hopefully things are more normal next week!
  • All that being said, all my workouts felt great this week!
  • My Sunday run was my first one outside this year in shorts and a tee, and it felt amazing. Yay!
