Notes:
- I had all the fun strength workouts this week! Right around the holidays, I like to play UNO with my classes, where the number and color corresponds to do a certain thing (sit-up, push-ups, etc.) that many times. This year I left all the wilds, reverses, skips, etc. in too.
- Merry Fitness Boxing was fun! Jen brought her son, and I thought he’d want to sit and watch but he wanted to put gloves on and shadow box the moves (while Jen punched) and punch at Jen! And do the core/cardio stuff on the step. Super cute. I think he said he wants to come back. Ha.
- We celebrated Steven’s birthday most of the weekend and I did NOT get up early to work out and don’t regret it. We had a great time! I do feel super sleepy though!
