Notes:
- I actually did speedwork WHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT. And I didn’t feel like death, yay!
- It was so nice to run in warmer temps Friday and Saturday! (I could have on Sunday, too, but decided to be lazy most of the day!) I hope we have a few more days like that in December!
Yay for doing speedwork! That is my second-least liked thing about running (first is hillwork), but I’m going to start doing some, most likely on the treadmill, soon – just to see if that helps with making me run a little faster. I mean, it should…after all, it’s called speedwork for that reason, right? 😉
Oh, it definitely will! Are you doing it on the treadmill so you can control the speed?
Yes, plus that’s how I started running back in 2009 and as I’m currently trying to recapture some of that speed and endurance, I figure I’ll go back to the drawing board…does that sound slightly reasonable?
It totally does! Let us know how it goes!
good job on the speedwork, I skipped mine this week.
Thanks 🙂
