Notes:

  • My face was so damn cold as I ran in to the wind on my Wednesday run. The next day I saw a photo of myself on our digital photo frame from a run last January and noticed I had a regular gaiter on, then a fleece gaiter over that. Duh, Kim. Wear two gaiters, not just one thin one, when it’s that cold. (And again, can’t believe I am already dressing this warm for runs!)
  • I ran with PEOPLE (Gina, Steven, and Bob)! You guys know I always gush about it when I do, and it was just as fun this time. Ahh, how the time flies when you are talking to other people while running. It’s so different than running alone (duh).
  • I am currently prioritizing sleep (including naps) and social time over working out, so, yeah… I guess I should try to focus on quality workouts if I am doing that. I felt like I had some this week, so yay!
