Notes:
- My watch beeped after my Monday run to tell me I hit a new high heart rate of 194. Um, wtf. I wasn’t running that hard. I wonder if my heart rate was somehow elevated because I had a bloody nose?! (But hey, I haven’t had one since!)
- Last Monday I had an all Queen playlist for my class, and tomorrow, I have a “booty” themed playlist. Ha.
- I got to do my long run in 40 degree temps! What a treat! It’s been a cold and snowy month. We are currently in a blizzard, with eight to twelve inches of snow predicted. It seems early, to have this in November. But whatever – once the roads are clear I can run my boring winter route!
The snow you got does seem a little excessive for November! Calm down, winter…it’s not your turn yet.
I have never exercised with a heart rate monitor – can you tell I’m not into numbers?
Right? We have until Dec 21! Ha ha.
Ha! Some people are super in to it! My new watch has it built in so that is why I know. I only ever look at it if a run felt like super crap (or when it alerts me like during this run).
