Notes:

  • My watch beeped after my Monday run to tell me I hit a new high heart rate of 194. Um, wtf. I wasn’t running that hard. I wonder if my heart rate was somehow elevated because I had a bloody nose?! (But hey, I haven’t had one since!)
  • Last Monday I had an all Queen playlist for my class, and tomorrow, I have a “booty” themed playlist. Ha.
  • I got to do my long run in 40 degree temps! What a treat! It’s been a cold and snowy month. We are currently in a blizzard, with eight to twelve inches of snow predicted. It seems early, to have this in November. But whatever – once the roads are clear I can run my boring winter route!
