My heart leans toward orangutan, but gosh Kim, enough with the orange animals, already!
Luca’s birthday is at the end of the month and I’ve been greatly looking forward to getting him a ridiculous stuffed animal (and a useful gift, as well, of course!)!
I am also greatly looking forward to seeing my otra familia! Not this month. Not in May. Sigh. But June! I miss them – we haven’t seen them since the beginning of February!

When I first started scrolling, I was all about the rhino, but then I saw the T. rex. I mean, come on. It’s a T. rex. Best choice, hands down. (Even short, stumpy T. rex hands. :D)

I like the elephant. Of course, my favorite stuffed animal when I was little was an elephant, so this is a biased opinion. The dino is cool too, but I don’t think those live in the Serengeti! (Or do they???)

I voted kangaroo (come on how cute is that Joey!), but I think the orangutan would be a swell choice also (his hands creep me out just a little).

I went with elephant to go with the African safari theme he seems to have, but a t-rex is good too.

The gift shop at the hospital sells that giant giraffe. They always have him out in the hallway. I want to take him home with me!

if you’re being geographically correct, the orangutan does not live in the same area (or continent!) as the giraffe and the cheetah. So my vote is a rhino since they all live in Africa together. (The elephant and zebra would also be ok.)

Orangutan!!! I learned this from my friend who is Indonesian — it’s like “Orang – utan” meaning “jungle human.” Isn’t that interesting!?!?
