What an exciting day I’ve had!
- I got to run in short sleeves* this morning with the club – at 5:30 am!
- One of the runners gave me a blinking armband to keep! It will be perfect for dark runs.
- I found out I will get to review an awesome product on my blog, and giveaway said awesome product (in the next month or so).
- I found out I won a package at a local yoga studio! Not sure what it includes yet, but I am excited!
- A lot of the snow is gone!
- My Grayslake Running Club shirt orders came in and I get to pick them up tonight at the club clinic. Yay!
Hmm, maybe the things that excited me are kind of lame? Anything exciting going on for you? It can be minor!

I am getting a lot of moolah back from the IRS – that was my exciting news. )Not so exciting is Tavo telling me randomly that he want to “separate for a while”.) But I’m happy about my moolah.
Oh, f*ck! What is going on?! 🙁

I’m going to meet up with some twitter/runner friends for dinner tonight. That’s pretty fun 🙂

My big excitement from today? I took my car to the shop – it was squealing loudly with the check engine light on – and it got fixed, quickly, and for free under warranty! Rock!!
Oh yeah! Credit is due to Adam. And the funny thing is, it’s something I really want!
And that is AWESOME about your car! I never expect car things to be free, unless I take them to my dad (who is a mechanic).
My excitement today was quitting one of my jobs! 😀 Yay!

I don’t think any of yours are lame at all! But I guess that doesn’t mean much coming from me when you know I get so excited about the littlest things.
I am excited that I took my first test yesterday since I was in college the first time, 16 years ago. I think I did well, and am so excited that it is over.

My exciting news is that it is in the 50s today & I am going to run in shorts. Tomorrow it’s going to be 20 so my happiness is short-lived.
As much as I really want to try snowshoeing, I can’t say that I’m sad so much of the snow has melted! This weekend has been beautiful so far, between the bright sun, blues skies and being able to see the grass. 🙂
Nothing very exciting in these parts … although I did try a new recipe for baked risotto today and it was DELICIOUS. And so easy! Oh! Plus Brian told me there is a new Super Mario Galaxy out for Wii. I have a $25 Amazon rewards card, so I am going to order it for cheap!
Yay, I love days like that! It was almost in the 60s here on Friday. Now we’re back down to negative temps, boo. That arm band light blinker thing is genius!
I have a lot to be excited for right now… but you’ll have to wait to find out. 😉
