It’s three days until Christmas Steven’s Birthday!
And this year, it’s his 30th Birthday!!!
I have a fun day planned for us (after I get off work at noon), including the shooting range*:
dinner (Red Robin is just a suggestion):
cake (better pictures to come later):
awesome gifts ( I wish I could tell you what they are), and the option for bowling or a movie. Or whatever!

I ordered Steven the cake from our fave bakery: Deerfield’s! It’s half way between our house and the city, so I take the early train, walk to the bakery at 6:00 am (in the snow) and get back on the train at 6:19 with the cake, take it all the way downtown, then back home.
Steven opens it and goes “ooo, is it marble with custard filling?”
Oops. It was yellow with chocolate cream. 😉

What are the rules in Canada for owning a gun? We have to have special IDs in Illinois. We don’t own one, but rent at the range.
